Techstars is a mentorship-driven program for Accenture Technology's early-career talent, emphasizing the development of leadership skills, resilience, and an understanding of Accenture's business dynamics.

Objectives:
The program aims to inspire and develop analysts and consultants, providing them with insights into Cloud, Security, and Engineering, along with leadership skill development, and understanding of Accenture's business outlook.

Selection:
It's a targeted program that is designed for high-performing early-career global Technology talent, selected by Accenture Technology's leaders and nominated by those at the DU level considering the employees rating.

Content:
The program includes a six-month integrated and robust program covering insights on Cloud, Security and Engineering; developing leadership skills in resilience, compassion, and insight-generation; and spending time learning more on our business dynamics and outlook for the future with their geographic Accenture leadership
